- I started my first blog when I was thirteen and it consisted mostly of my Harry Potter and boy obsessions. Now I hope that I've grown up just enough that my thoughts and views may be of interest to any who may have a moment to read or hear them. I try to be anchored by passion and reason so that my mind and heart can have equal influence on what I do in my life. I feel as though my life is defined by my belief in my God and my Savior and what I need to do for my fellow man. And I do NOT think it naive that I am so religious and so young as any religion requires a lifetime dedication so if I have found what I know to be right I might as well get started now. I hate that I am underestimated and thought to be stupid because of my size and age so I've made many attempts to try to be more serious but I love to laugh and smile too much to really care about what people think of me. I love life and seek to find its beauty in all I do, but I also acknowledge its darkness and pain. To this day you can ask me anything about Harry Potter and I'll know the answer. And my favorite color has been yellow as long as I can remember.

Maybe he wasn't really- maybe he was just trying to get her out of the way... I dunno... maybe... I dunno... Maybe you're right about Snape loving her... I'm not sure... Grr... I hate not knowing answers... but that's okay... because I had Subway for lunch! (Mugglenet... gotta love it!)...

Like I said before, maybe Voldermort loved her. But can he love? That's the real question here.
I don't think that Voldemort loved her. I don't think he could ever love anyone. I think that he told her to move away out of confusion, because he couldn't understand why she would protect Harry. I think he might have been in a hurry to kill Harry.

yah and also he can't love didn't dumbledore say that in the sixth book. HE said something like voldemort doesn't understand love or something and thats why harry can defeat him.
Key word people: MAYBE. I wasn't proclaiming it was gospel truth. Voldermort loving (lusting? Lust isn't love. Maybe Voldermort can lust.) Lilly is an idea that's just as plausible as Voldermort letting Lilly live so Snape could have her. Would Voldermort really do something so considerate for someone else?
How is it that when I finally post people always stop posting on that particular thread? It's kind of annoying.
I still think that Voldemort was mocking lilly when he offered her a chance ot live. You're right, he's not the type to do something like that for Snape.
